SCAMPER
SCAMPER is a structured creativity technique that uses seven prompts β Substitute, Combine, Adapt, Modify/Magnify, Put to other uses, Eliminate, Reverse/Rearrange β to systematically generate new ideas from existing concepts. Developed by Bob Eberle from Alex Osborn's brainstorming principles, SCAMPER is widely used in product innovation, business model design, and creative problem-solving to move beyond obvious solutions by applying each prompt as a forcing function for novel thinking.
